Telling the Tales of Our Land

The stories of this land belong to all of us. They are a living part of the landscape and enhance our interaction with the place. The stories need to be told and while they are spoken they truly live.

Based on Clee Hill, near Ludlow in South Shropshire, Cranesfield Bardic Arts was founded by Suzanne Thomas to bring the stories and legends of the local Landscape to a new audience.

After searching books and the internet, for stories of Titterstone Clee, and finding, well, not very much, Suzanne decided to "look to the Hills" and found inspiration there.

The result is Stories of Giants, Fairies and Magical Creatures, which are told alongside the more traditional to create a feast for the imagination. (Button Soup for starters anyone?)
